Bosch and Audomation Software Limited Partner to Create a Rack Build Service for EN54 Compliant Voice Alarm Systems
Voice alarm systems, work either alongside or instead of the coded warning signals sounded by fire alarm systems. Since voice alarm systems provide clear evacuation instructions, they have greatly improved communication in hazardous situations and therefore the safety of people in buildings. This safety improvement goes hand in hand with the implementation of the EN 54 standards for voice alarms.
To meet the increasing demand in the UK and Eire markets, Audomation, David Howe— a former employee of Bosch for EN 54-16 compliant solutions— has introduced a Security Systems professional audio division. This includes over 30 new services to deliver a complete certified rack built to your specifications, including experience from working on the 2012 Olympic specification. The service is ideal for companies who have an occasional need to supply an EN54-16 compliant system.
“There will be an increase in market demand for EN54-16 compliant systems over the next few years and this new service positions Bosch as the manufacturer of choice for any company needing a voice alarm system rack-built and delivered.”
The new service is available across the full portfolio of voice alarm systems from Bosch. The fully digital Praesideo system is the number one choice for enterprise-class public address and voice alarm applications. The new Paviro features a highly adaptable system architecture, making it ideal for small- to mid-sized systems, while the Plena Voice Alarm System (VAS) is ideal for small-sized projects.
